What Is Your Privacy Policy?Our privacy policy is straightforward: we do not collect ANY individually identifiable information about you at this site. When you click to order, you will be taken to our fulfilment partner's separate secure ordering platform, and all details you provide at that time will be treated with strict medical confidentiality and in full compliance with HIPAA and all other applicable Federal law. What Are Your Shipping Rates and Policies?Once your online prescription has been approved, it is forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfilment. Upon receipt at the pharmacy, your prescription will be dispensed and shipped that same day. Shipping on all orders of any size is $3, and all orders are shipped via FedEx Next Day. Shipments require a signature upon receipt and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Prescription orders are not processed on Sunday, and orders placed after 11:00 am Eastern Time on Saturday will likely receive medical review and be forwarded to the pharmacy on the following Monday. Why Are Your Prices Higher/Lower Than XYZ?Because our prices include the cost of a medical consultation with a prescribing physician, they are generally higher than the cheapest possible discount medications available from suppliers which only fill prescriptions without providing medical expertise. Compared to the total cost of a prescription and a medical consultation paid for separately, however, we believe you'll find the prices here to be very competitive. The prices offered at this site are also unusually low in comparison to many other sites offering medical consultations and prescriptions because we were founded specifically to pass on to consumers the savings made possible by the inexpensive internet infrastructure. If you shop around, you will likely find many other shopfronts carrying a nearly identical product catalogue which have -- for whatever reason -- opted not to pass on those savings to you. Why Do You/Don't You Carry ABC?The pharmaceutical ordering service carries only those medications which its doctors and pharmacists believe may be appropriately prescribed on the basis of an online consultation and review of a client's medical history. To provide the greatest possible choice to you, the customer, we do carry the full cataloge of medications supplied by the service -- but while we have a significant degree of control over pricing, unfortunately the specific makeup of the catalogue is out of our hands. How Do I Re-Order?To re-order your prescription, you can choose the relevant medication again from the menu at the left and proceed to the order page. Alternatively, you can login by entering your User ID and password at the Order Status page. Do You Ship Internationally?At this time, the service only provides prescription medications within the United States, where they are fully licensed to do so. What Is An Online Consultation and Online Prescription?Online consultations belong to a relatively new and rapidly developing area of health care. Increasingly employed in large and sparsely populated countries like Australia, distance work with physicians over the internet is greatly improving patient access to physician care. Now, in the United States, online consultations are bringing greater choice, convenience and privacy to the area of prescription medications. In the case of the service for which this site is a shopfront, the patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the doctor, but instead completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician over an encrypted secure link.
